Batsirai Kapembeza (FIA) is a qualified actuary. He has a number of years of experience in the consultancy space working on projects in General Insurance reserving, Pensions, and Investment Consulting. Masimba Zata (FIA)

Masimba is a senior qualified actuary, with nearly 20 years experience in a variety of technical and managerial actuarial roles at some of the world largest Financial Services firms. He is also a Non-Executive Director and Visiting University Lecturer. Masimba holds a BSc in Actuarial Science from the University of Kent (UK), as well as a MPhil and Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Hertfordshire (UK).
